Most high schoolers choose their stream, their college, their career based on guesswork. What their parents did. What sounds safe. What someone suggested on a YouTube live.
We want to change that. Members of this community would have the opportunity to lead industry immersions for high schoolers — giving them a genuine taste of what it's actually like to work in your industry. Not a talk. Not a shadow day. A real, structured experience that helps them choose their path with confidence, not anxiety.
